Everyday as content creator, we continue to strive to be consistent with the promise we’ve made to our audience through our brands.

Technology has played a core role in ensuring our consistency and productivity as a creative and as well enhancing the quality of our work.
In this blog, I’ll be sharing with you ten digital tools that can boost your productivity.

1. Notion.
Yeah, I’m starting with notion because; I’m using right now to type this blog.
Notion is one of the fastest growing productivity applications right now, with users.
It is an all-in-one workspace where you can write, plan, collaborate and get organized – it allows you to take notes, add tasks, manage projects & more.
Notion provides the building blocks and you can create your own layouts and toolkit to get work done.

2. Grammarly
The go-to guide for checking spelling or grammatical errors
Grammarly is a free online writing assistant. It helps you in identifying the mistakes in your text contents, hence creating polish contents for your audience.

3. Canva
Content needs to draw attention, but you don’t need to be a design whizz to engage and compel your audience.
Yasss! Canva is one of the most frequently used App on my device. You can use the App to create different graphic designs on the already made templates provided.

4. Inshot
Video content creators can leverage on inshot to edit your video contents.

5. Google Drive
Google Drive offers basically unlimited storage at no cost with a Gmail account. It’s an excellent online collaboration tool for organizing files, storing documents, and sharing archives with your clients. It’s easy to use and has also great editing and privacy capabilities, making it perfect for your content marketing storage system.

6. Hootsuite
It’s a social media management tool, it gives gives you the power to access all of your social media profiles in one place. It saves time and maximizes efficiency on social media marketing. You can access up to three profiles for free.

7. Buffer
With Buffer, you can schedule content on all social media platforms, shorten links, view social analytics, share messages, and improve brand recognition, all with this useful app. Buffer makes it much easier to improve branding on social media and promotes organization.

8. MailChimp
For an all-inclusive email marketing management tool, use MailChimp. The easy-to-use apparatus involves plenty of useful features including social sharing buttons, analytics tools, designer templates, and personalized contact forms. The free version also offers the capability to send 12,000 emails to up to 2,000 subscribers, which is more than enough for the average marketing team.

9. Audacity
According to the Audacity team, “their product is an easy-to-use, multi-track audio editor and recorder for Windows, Mac OS X, GNU/Linux and other operating systems.” Generally used for podcast creators who like to take sound production into their own hands.

10. Disha.
The last tool I’ll be sharing is a made in Nigeria App, yeah!
Disha empowers makers and creators with tools and templates to showcase their work and grow their business without writing code.
You can use Disha to create a link tree of all your works; this will help you to share your works from different website via one link.
